My Story
From the Radio City stage to the front lines of community health.
My name is MarQue Munday. I spent years as a Radio City Rockette — one of the most physically demanding performance careers in the world — which gave me a profound understanding of what the human body requires to perform, endure, and thrive. Precision nutrition isn't a wellness trend to me. It's the foundation of everything I've ever done.
When I transitioned into Transformational Performance Coaching, I brought that same conviction: that peak performance — physical, mental, and spiritual — begins with what we put in our bodies. And as I began working with communities of color, I saw the same story playing out city by city: extraordinary people, limited by a food system designed without their health in mind.
Today, I serve as the Director of the Miss Juneteenth Nevada Scholarship Program, mentoring young women between the ages of 14 and 19. I see firsthand the health challenges facing the next generation — and I've made it my mission to bring real solutions to the communities that need them most.
I partner with a physician who is actively transitioning patients off GLP-1 injection medications — including Ozempic and Wegovy — to the Feel Great Pack. This is not a wellness trend. It is a physician-validated, PDR-listed, clinically tested natural protocol that is changing lives.
